We took a break from the holiday baking to cook up a few new features. All available in your Versive dashboard today.

New Question Types

We've launched three new question types. You can now create rating scales, star ratings, and embed your Calendly.

Rating scales are flexible scales where you can set a range and customize your start and end labels. They're great for things like Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys.

Star ratings are a delightful way to collect a rating on a product or service. You can customize the number of stars and choose between displaying stars, hearts, and paws 🐶.

Calendly is a great way to schedule meetings with users and prospects. You can now embed your Calendly link in your surveys to make it easier to schedule follow-up meetings and interviews.

CSV Exports

We've also added a button on the results page that lets you export your results as a CSV. This is great for sharing results with your team or bringing data into your favorite spreadsheet.

Other Upgrades

We've also made a few other small improvements. Message-type questions now display a button to progress instead of free-form text input. We've also improved the audio recording tooltip to only show up when a question requires audio. Finally, we've made it so users can no longer submit empty messages.
